Wild duck

This is a wild duck common throughout Europe, with beautiful green plumage and a white neck band. Every year we rear 6,000 ducks in a vineyard, slaughter them in a small but well-equipped slaughterhouse and then cook them with great skill on a wooden spit,
The company has a few hundred selected breed animals from which the chicks are obtained. These chicks are fed birdseed for the first month of their life and then corn, which is produced on the farm. With this wholesome diet the wild ducks take more than 6-7 months to be ready. The slaughtering is carried out when all have reached adult plumage.
