The pasta
The pasta offered at the Agriturismo "La Borina" is fresh, strictly homemade egg pasta. Bigoli with duck sauce, fettuccine Borina style, tagliolini with rabbit and wild mushroom sauce, homemade ravioli filled with wild duck and truffle are just some of the dishes that characterize our agriturismo.
The wild duck
The wild duck, the specialty of the agriturismo, is cooked on a wooden spit for 4 hours and served with corn polenta.
